Adult Leaders

Youth Leaders
- Each youth leadership position in Troop 3 carries certain Duties, which will be evaluated on a regular basis by the adult Coach (Mentor) assigned to that particular youth leadership position. Click the links below to see the description for each:
Troop Leadership Forms
- New Youth Leader Welcome Letter – This form is given to a Scout upon taking a leadership position.
- Troop Incident Report – This form is used to document a discipline problem.
