The Iron Chef comptetion is an anually competition held towards the end of the scouting year. This event is designed to bring out some of the best possible cooking skills you’ve ever seen a patrol demonstrate. This year the patrols were given: Lamb (about 3/4 lb), Red Pepper, Onion, Garlic, Quinoa, Chick Peas (1 can). The judges graded based on: Presentation / Visual Appeal, Taste, Proper food prep (not too raw or overcooked), Used all items in the food basket, Patrol Participation, Creativity of dish).
The winning patrol were:
First place Pine Tree (senior) Patrol
Second place Cobra Patrol
Third place Wolf Patrol
