Additionally, we strive to ensure that no Scout is left alone at camp and may make changes. For these reasons, it may not be possible to accommodate your choices if you do not already have another Scout you are doing your classes with or provide us with backup choices. There is space at the end of the form for you to provide this information. We STRONGLY encourage our Scouts to find one or more buddy for the entire morning period, and one or more buddy for the entire afternoon period (which could be the same Scouts as for the morning). We will march in the Memorial Day Parade at Clearbrook, at the invitation of our Charter Organization, the Jewish War Veterans of the United States. Please be at the North Gate of the Clearbrook Adult Community Center off of Applegarth Road NO LATER than 8:15am in full dress uniform. To reach the North Gate, you will go through the Main Gate on Applegarth Road and make your first left onto Clearbrook Drive. Follow around the curve to Northgate Plaza (do not drive down Northgate Plaza). Parents are encouraged to stay and cheer on the Scouts for the parade. After the parade, we will go to the Washington Cemetery on Deans Rhode Hall Road in South Brunswick to replace flags and medallions on graves. Please DO NOT remove broken grave medallions unless you have another new one in hand to replace immediately – we have no record of which grave is a veterans Attendance is expected!
